Guests have full access to the gardens and there is a plans to build 5 mini-bungalows in the grounds, secluded but close to the house. The Boutique hotel site is an eco-friendly everything is produced organically and all the fruit and vegetables used in the restaurant are grown in the gardens.
The Boutique hotel started on 14th may 2003 when opened for business. The house is situated at the southern side of the garden. The house is built around an airy central atrium with large double bedrooms on the first floor. The mansion incorporated both Ottoman and British features.
